RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not and would like to exchange for an alternative size, style, or colour, or alternatively return your purchase, we are welcome to offer returns policy:
     - We will refund or exchange full price items returned within 30 days of your order being delivered,
      however we strongly advise you that the item must be still in re-saleable condition”.
When trying on your shoes Please ensure you try your new loafers on soft flooring as we cannot accept scuffed or worn shoes or worn soles.
     - Exchange requests made after 28 days from the order date maybe accepted at Modecia’s discretion
     - The customer is responsible for any shipping taxes and duty fees incurred by themselves within the 28 day timeframe.
If you're returning or exchanging an item because of a fault on the part of Modecia or because of quality issues, Modecia will be responsible for shipping cost for you to return the item and send a replacement item back to you if required. Goods should be returned in the same condition in which they were sold, unmarked and in their original/undamaged boxes as these are considered part of the product. If its not in the same condition in which they were sold they may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You will receive notification e-mail upon the process.
Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU or USA, all customs duties and sales taxes will be refunded. Outside UK, EU or USA, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Modecia. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
Personalised items and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
The original shipping charges are not refundable.
 
EXCHANGE
There is no charge to exchange items (except where there is a price difference), however all exchanges are based on stock availability and therefore availability of replacement items is not a guarantee. Shipping must be covered by the buyer both ways (If you decide to exchange), but if you are based outside the UK you may need to pay taxes and duties on replacement items. All shipping must be covered by insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damage packages.
Exchanges are not accepted for used products which have been mistreated or worn. If Modecia LTD determines the buyer has worn/used the shoes or has mistreated the product, we will refuse any forms of return or exchange and the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyers cost.
  


SALE RETURNS
Sale items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your order being delivered. Exchange requests and returns outside of the 30 day timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please allow 5 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange of sale items. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of processing.
 
MAKING A RETURN
To make a return, please select Contact us to write to us and put the subject as "Request new return", notify us of the invoice number, reason, condition and resolution for each product that you wish to return. You can also add any additional information that you wish to include. You will receive an email to confirm your request has been received and then subsequently an approved or rejected email once your return request has been reviewed.
If your request has been approved we will issue you with a new invoice number and a packing list via email for you to print and include with your returning items.
If your request has been rejected we will notify you as to the reason your return request is being rejected via email.
 
MAKING AN EXCHANGE

Add any additional information for item name, material, colour and size you would like in exchange. GUEST RETURNS
If you checked out as a guest and do not have an account, you can follow the above procedures to return or exchange items by emailing us with your original order number and the reason for your return.
 
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, you can exchange it. Please be aware that you may need to pay any price difference and additional shipping fees, taxes and duties.

HOW TO RETURN
Please ensure you inform us your order invoice number prior to returning your items. Returns without this number may be subject to delays in processing or rejection of your return.
For any returns or exchanges, please package the items in their original packing materials, include your printed order invoice list and seal them in the shipping box.
All Returns and Exchanges sent address will be advised by e-mail.
The shipping box and any applicable customs forms should be marked as RETURNED GOODS. The customer is liable to pay any duty fees and/or taxes Modecia incurs as a result of incorrectly filled customs and declaration forms or where this direction has not been followed.
Please use an insured and traceable method of shipping. Modecia is not responsible for any products being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

• Each part of an order that you submit to us constitutes an offer to purchase merchandise. If you have placed your order through our Website, after we receive your order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, usually in minutes. If you do not receive an email, contact us before you try to place another order for the same merchandise. You should note that the email that we send to you confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order.

• Modecia LTD is not deemed to have accepted your order (or any part of your order) until the requested merchandise is shipped and we have sent a shipment confirmation email. You can track the progress of your order by logging into your user account.

• If we reject your order because of an error in pricing or other information about the merchandise, we will notify you at the email address you provided and ask you whether you would like to re-submit your order to purchase the relevant merchandise once we have corrected the error. If we have notified you that we have accepted your order by sending you a shipment confirmation email, you will not be required to pay more than the price that was displayed on our Website at the time that you placed your order.

 

CUSTOMER INITIATED ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

• You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at info@modecia.com or call our customer support line found on the “Contact” Page.

• If your order has already been processed, you may exchange or return the merchandise purchased on this Website to Modecia LTD store located in the UK, in accordance with the terms of our return and exchange policy. Please note, this excludes gift cards and e-gift cards for which all sales are final and are subject to the terms and conditions.

• Cancellations after shipment has been initiated will be refunded in full minus shipping & handling cost. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy.

• All refunds will be issued in the currency that was originally used to pay for the order. If you made a purchase in a currency other than the currency for which your payment card is issued, please note, your payment card provider may apply an exchange rate conversion to the amount of your refund on the date of the refund.
